As part of our ongoing commitment to improving services for our patients, we will be upgrading our telephone system on Tuesday 5 May 2026.

During this time, all practice phone lines will be transferred to a new system. While we expect the process to run smoothly, there may be short periods of disruption when calling the practice on the day.

Our technical teams will be closely monitoring the upgrade to minimise any inconvenience, and normal service will be restored as quickly as possible.

STAFF TRAINING
